wat the hell cyber terrorism??

This is not only a cyber terrorism but also a great humanity that hacking in hospitals database and changing prescription of a patient for killing him.A leader attacked by a bomber and get into hospital then hackers hacked in that hospitals database and changed his prescription so that he died.After that the hackers again hacked that computer and again changed his prescription as actual prescription.
